From major chord love ballads to minor key club anthems, Fragments Of The Underwater weaves together rhythms and genres across both English and Spanish.   

Katacombs (Katerina Kiranos) started playing music at four, drawn to sound before she had words for what it meant. In her early teens, she began writing quietly, letting melodies speak for her. By sixteen, she was recording amateur scores from her bedroom, pieces meant for her ears only.

With roots stretching across continents (mother from Spain, father from Greece), Katacombs was born in Miami and has called Austin home for the past decade (now splitting her time between Texas and London).

After eight years running her own wood shop, she chose to rewrite her days and dedicate herself fully to music. For the past three and a half years, she's been playing keys for Amigo the Devil, "a journey that’s deepened my voice as both a player and a storyteller."

In 2022, she released her first EP, You Will Not, on Liar’s Club Records. "Now, I’m stepping forward with my debut album, Fragments of the Underwater — a collection shaped by the places, people, and phases that made me."
